Country Homemakers Club

The Country Homemakers Club was established in 1967.  Several of the charter members are still attending.  The club meets on the first Tuesday of each month. Projects are planned to help the community.  A " Strive for Success" award is presented each year to a graduating senior.  Quilts are made to give to Christmas is Caring and others, in case of a loss of their home.  School supplies are supplied to a school in August each year.  Toys for kids receives money from the club.  Club members usually take two trips each year.  For more information, please contact Lois Spencer, 660-327-5826 or Sharon Martin, 660-327-5777.
